For daytime adventure, we will be taking you to some of the best cultural and natural sites in Lima.

Tour highlights: two Cooking Classes, lunch and dinner in Exclusive Restaurants, the hidden city of Machu Picchu and Colonial Lima.

ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Lima
On your arrival at Lima airport our English speaking staff will meet you and drive you to your hotel.
Evening: Overnight in Lima.

Day 2: Lima City Tour. Lunch
Morning: free to relax.
12:30: transfer from your hotel to El Señorio de Sulco Restaurant (Peruvian and Creole food) where you will have a buffet lunch and try typical dishes from the Coast of Peru. Your English speaking guide will explain you about the ingredients and preparation of meals.
Afternoon: After lunch, we will drive you downtown into the city of the Kings; our English speaking guide will help you to get to know the Plaza de Armas, with the baroque cathedral, the Palacio de Gobierno (Governors Palace), the Archbishop's Palace with its big carved wooden balconies, and the convent of San Francisco, whose bright yellow facade covers a grisly secret. Underneath the convent lie extensive catacombs that served as the cemetery for the whole of Lima during the colonial period!
Evening: Overnight in Lima.

Day 3: Flight Lima Cusco (11,150 ft).
After breakfast, transfer to the airport to board your early morning flight to Cusco.
On arrival at Cusco airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to your Hotel, located in the Incas’ sacred Valley.
Free afternoon to rest and adjust to the altitude.
Evening: Overnight in the sacred valley.

Day 4: Private guided tour of the Incas’ sacred valley.
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your and driven to the Incas’ sacred valley, visiting the famous Indian Market of Pisac where you'll be able to interact with the local families or buy handicraft, souvenirs, learn about the local culture, see the native villages and have a guided tour of Ollantaytambo Fortress, an incredible Royal Inca site where the Incas made one of their last stands against the Spanish.
Evening: Overnight in the sacred valley.

Day 5: Machu Picchu by train.
Morning: you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes (the base town of Machu Picchu).
Guided tour of Machu Picchu (8,200 ft)
On your arrival at the train station your guide will pick you up and take a 25 minute bus journey to Machu Picchu, the most impressive and mysterious Inca Site where you will have a guided tour and learn about the history of this site, who lived here, how it was discovered in modern times and why the Spaniards never found it. You will have some insight into the various features of this sacred city and have free time to really enjoy yourself alone in this spectacularly located site, an unforgettable experience that will stay with you forever!
Afternoon: Train journey back to Cusco.
On your arrival at Cusco train station you will be met by our representative and transferred to your Hotel.
Evening: Overnight in Cusco.

Day 6: Cusco Tour.
Morning: Your guide will pick you up from your hotel and show you the highlights of Cusco, the colonial cathedral, the great temple of Korikancha and the 4 impressive Inca ruins around Cusco: Sacsayhuaman, with its massive walls, Qenko, site of carved living rock, Puca Pucara, an Inca lodging Site & Tambo Machay, known as the Baths of the Inca.
Afternoon: free to relax and do some shopping in Cusco markets.
20:00: Dinner and folkloric show in Tunupa Restaurant.
Evening: Overnight in Cusco.

Day 7: Flight Cusco – Lima. Dinner in Astrid y Gaston Restaurant
Transfer to the airport to board your morning flight to Lima.
On arrival at Lima airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to your Hotel in Miraflores, the bustling, cosmopolitan area of the city.
The afternoon is yours, you may be want to enjoy an evening meal overlooking the elegant Parque Kennedy, go shopping in Larco Mar (one of the most beautiful shopping centers in the world) located by the Pacific ocean; or you may wish take a stroll down the beach.
Evening: Dining at Astrid y Gaston Restaurant. You will be transferred to one of the finest Restaurants in South America.
Evening: Overnight in Lima.

Day 8: Your Cooking Classes!
Today, we will pick you up from your hotel and visit a local Market where you will learn about the ingredients you will use during your first cooking class. Now we will drive you to your culinary school to have a 3 hour class and learn how to prepare the most delicious Peruvian sea food! You will have lunch in the school.
After lunch you will have a 2 hour break before your next cooking class. You can learn how to prepare a Creole dish or some of the most delicious Peruvian desserts.
Evening: Overnight in Lima.

Day 9: Palomino Islands.
Morning: Visit to Palomino Islands a four hour visit to islands with magnificent wildlife. You will even have the chance to see sea lions!
Lunch: You will have a la carte lunch in the exclusive Rosa Nautica Restaurant!
Afternoon: free to rest for your flight back home.
Evening flight back home:
Transfer at any time to the airport to board your flight back home.
